Everything I make is made with YOU, dear customer, in mind, and I always do my best.  However, mistakes are bound to be made.  I have 3 lines of goods, so returns and refunds work differently for each:

 

1) MSW skincare products

If your bath salts, body bars, or any of your MSW products do not arrive in great condition, let me fix it. If there is a leak or something comes broken, send a photo and explain the problem, and I will replace the item.  If you just hate the scent (I hope that isn't the case!), please write to me and we will work something out.

2) MALA MEDITATION BEADS:

There are no returns on the mala meditation beads. Before I make your mala, you and I will undergo an intensive back and forth to make sure I am crafting exactly what you are looking for, and I haven’t had any problems yet.  If there is a problem with yours (it comes crushed in the mail, or something like that), I will make it right, but you can’t return something that was custom-made for you.  

 

3) ART ON THE GOGO ​

Footwear: 

No returns, refunds, or cancellations. I do not have a warehouse, and there are a wide variety of shoe sizes and designs, so if your new footwear doesn’t fit, I can’t take them back because I have nowhere to keep them, and there is no guarantee your size/design would sell quickly. Order carefully, and double and triple check with size chart before ordering. Once you order your footwear, my manufacturer moves quickly to print, cut, and sew your custom handmade merchandise, so orders cannot be cancelled once submitted because I can not stop the manufacturing process after you’ve ordered.

 

Bags, blankets, hoodies, headbands, etc:

I am happy to accept returns for anything unworn/unused. Please return in original wrapping, and I will refund you for the item upon receipt with a $5 repackaging fee.

 

Thank you for understanding.  I am a small business of one person.  I am not Amazon and cannot offer the same thing a billion dollar company with 1.2 million employees can offer.  However, I am always available to work with you one-on-one to make you happy.
